Hidden away behind the scenes working hard to ensure that invoices are paid on time and all of our expenses are processed before we have time to ask when they’re due.

Customer Services/Reception Team

The top team for patience, smiley faces and well worded emails, this team handle all inbound queries and help with our data processes too.

Compliance

Have the unenviable task of completing endless supplier and customer questionnaires that they love to complete and do so with ease due to all of the processes and policies that they’ve put in place to make sure everything works smoothly. Watch out any accreditation that they plan to go for as they always pass with flying colours.

118 Group’s 70-seat Contact Centre team is at the core of our business, dialling over 5 million numbers per year via an automated dialler system. With flexible working hours, the team is on the phones based out of our Sutton Coldfield, UK office.

Calling agents are trained and coached to high standards to be the best in the industry. The team takes pride in gathering business data accurately whilst maintaining a friendly, professional manner.
